At Enhance Her, we understand that unexpected events can happen and plans can change. That’s why we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
To ensure the availability of our services for all clients, we require that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the full cost of your deposit will be charged. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but it is important for us to have adequate notice in order to fill the spot with another client.
We also understand that missed appointments can have a significant impact on our scheduling and availability for other clients. As such, missed appointments will be counted as a session and will be nonrefundable and nontransferable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to providing you with the highest quality of service.
